helpful staff train station
The hotel is very close to the train station. I could easily walk to the city center shopping area , which I appreciated. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I felt safe and welcome .
The hotel could use some updating, especially in the bathroom.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the location is convenient, very close to the train station. the room was clean and tidy. it also had tea and coffee making facilities.
the hallway carpet had a few noticeable stains.

convenient location friendly staff continental breakfast worn carpet big pillows noise issue
i found the location very convenient for getting around, especially since it's so close to the railway station. staff was friendly and helpful, which i always appreciate. the continental breakfast was also a nice touch, with plenty of options to start the day.
the carpets in the room looked quite worn, that was a little disappointing. pillows were to big and i find it difficult to sleep on them. there also was quite a lot of noise from outside, the window didn't block it so well.
